I am on a T-Moile 2 year plan that include Internet. The internet cost $20.00 monthly but I cannot access the internet at my house. I have talked to T-Mobile various time (Tech support) & also customer service. They told me I am stuck even I cannot use the service I have to pay for the entire 2 year Internet access. I have 1 more year to go.
I want T-Mobile to drop my Internet from now on.
I find T-Mobile very unhappy to deal with. Their customer service is no help at all. I have talked to three supervisor.
