There was a free sample of this product being offered online which was attached to my daughters facebook page where the purchaser would only need to pay $12 for postage... And that was the only costs mentioned... It also said that the product would arrive within the next 10days... Because she was literally begging me to buy it for her I made a request for it on her behalf... As it was, the product arrived to my daughter 5 weeks later to which neither her or myself were impressed with the word... Service andalso their lack of communication on their part... So you could imagine my shock and horror when opening up my banking details today and to find that this company had actually withdrawn $187.30 instead of the $12 that they said would be the total cost... And they made 2 withdrawals at that... One on the 2 Feb for $92.03 and another on the 17 Feb for $95.27... Totalling $187.30... I immediately rang my bank to enquire where this money had gone to and who authorised it? They other thing was to stop it from happening again from my account!!! My bank told me to ring this company to tell them to stop deducting money from my account immediately... So once again its going to cost me once again to ring them from New Zealand... I will never purchase any other product online using my credit card!!! Definitely Not Happy with this situation!!!
