On the 11th January I ordered a free trial of OrganaSlim & a free trial of OrganicCleanse. The indicated delivery time would be 2-3 days at a cost of $2.95 each which ended up being $4.05 Nz dollars each. From the information on the webb site I mistakenly took this to be an Australian company dealing only in Australia & New Zealand as they where the only two options on the order site. After 3 weeks the OrganaCleanse arrived and this weekend just gone, the slimming product arrived however not the one I ordered but another name. My wife was on our internet banking last night and imagine my surprise to find I have had my credit card charged for 2 separate transactions totaling $233.17 made up of $123.16 for EXTMANGOBILL & $110.01 for ADVMETABILL New Zealand dollars. I have no idea what I am being charged for as the price indicated on the webb site was around $27.00 per bottle. Even allowing for exchange rates there is no way it adds up to what they have charged my credit card. There was a mystery phone number on the order confirmation I printed out but I have no idea which country it is for. I have phoned my bank this morning and the lady gave me a couple of nz contact numbers. I will keep you posted how I get on with these. Needless to say I am feeling a bit silly to have been caught like this and would just like others to be warned they are out there. Even if this was a subscription based order you would think they would have to allow time for the product to be received and tried before charging you for another amount of who knows what. Surely they would also need to supply contact details so you could cancel if you didn't want to receive any more. I feel like an idiot and am furious that this type of thing occurs.
