I put in for a loan modifacation
ThenFirst I was told I did not qualify cause I didnt send enough info And I showed them I gave them everything they ask for
I could not meet mortgage payments this is why I asked for modification. They said they were working on it for six months they told me to continue to pay my monthly payments ontime. I borrowed money to make that happen over 1500.00
Then I got a letter saying I was denied cause I payed all my payments on time.
What a scam they make it look like they are trying to help you out then deny you. They had my expences they could see my income and what i had to pay out and i told them i was borrowing money to help pay... Someone needs to look into ths has anyone else been scammed by citi bank
