I stupidly fell for the free trial of the three diet products. Made no difference whatsover so i phoned and cancelled via automated service. On the 18th january £105 taken from my account! I phoned the contact number (premium rate) and was given an email address of support centre where i logged complaint... Still to receive a reply! Have called the contact number... Premium rate and when i have managed to get through have been told that asupervisor will contact headoffice. I have requested alternative phone number or email and been told there isn't any!!!
