I ordered a months free trial of nutrascience diet goods, the terms and conditions are not listed on the internet, you have to look hard to find them and open. I received the goods and started to take them they do not do what they say and i put weight on. On 13th January I was charged 2 separate amounts of £37.50 and £75.00 which was suppoed to be for a second months supply sent to me on 13th January, I did not receive this order and I dont want to receive it. I was told to e'mail the support people and they would sort out my complaint. I have sent 3 e'mails but have had no response. I think this is terrible customer care and service. I need my money back, can you help. Thank you - Christine Banks
