Ordered 2 books-$47 and $59.97 on 7/21. Never received. Phoned, told to email, did, no response. Pd on line

I ordered two books on line -The Diet Solution at $47.00, and Fat Burning Accelerator at $59.97 on July 21. Paid on line with a Secure Payment Form through ClickBank or as shown on my bank statement, CLKBANK. I copied this form. On my August bank statement it showed the amounts taken out for these products but as of todays date of 12/17, I have yet to receive the books. I phoned the number shown, 888 804-1428 in October and was told could only receive email info. I emailed to the email address but never received a reply. I tried again last week, same thing, no reply.
