I accepted a 'FREE' 28 day trial membership of MyHammer (I had used them before and had paid through PayPal) they then took 71.36 from my PayPal account without asking me to login, agree to or confirm the payment. I imeadiatly phoned them on their premium rate help line, and they admitted fault but said I need to email them to get a refund, I emailed them straight away and got an automated response saying my email would be dealt with in 1 working day. I waited and got no response. I have now sent in excess of 10 emails on the subject and have still not had a response, I have called their premium rate hotline twice and both times they have admitted fault, but cant help on the phone.
I have also contacted PayPal about the payment, explained the situation, and filed a dispute, but PayPal have cancelled the dispute and are refusing to help, even though they also have been unable to make contact with MyHammer.
PayPal have now also stopped responding to emails.
