My computer was locked up with pop ups that wouldn't let me do anything. Said I needed to run a scan and then showed all these issues. It said I had to pay to get it cleaned up and protected. So I did because it started out saying it was Win 7 and since I have Windows 7 on my computer I thought it was part of that. At first I didn't know how to log into it so I sent an email and received the passcode. It ran for a few days but every day there were more and more pop-ups and finally, it stopped again, I lost pretty much everything. I ended up calling the manufactor because I had only had my computer a couple of weeks. Four hours later after having to restore my whole system, I am back up and running.installed a recommended anti maleware program and woking fine now. I have emailed three times to the person, who responded with the passcode and guess what, it comes back undeliverable. WHAT a scam!!!
