Computer wouldn't open. Pop up states that if I buy this anti virus ware from Windows, it would fix my computer. I bought it. It did not come with an activation code. Spouse took computer to Geek Squad at Best Buy. The computer was dead. Makes me think that they were the ones to crash my computer.
