Restore CD of windows needed to repair compute

My computer is DOWN. Will not come on, the repairman needs the Windows XP restore system CD. It was not with my computer (which it should have been) I am useing a friends computer to send this email. I tryed calling on the phone, but was told I had to order it from here, through the computer.
