I have a net10 cell phone I purchased an airtime card for 25.00 where the pin is located a portion of the coating will not come off. Therefore I am left with only 9 of the 13 numbers. I have the reciept that has a list of approval #'s, reference #'s regarding this purchase. On the net10 card itself there are three different sets of numbers. I contacted net10 and they just send me around from one person to another. Last week after an hour on the phone they told me to get my cell phone (i didnt have it with me) and call back and they would put the time on my phone because I had enough of the pin #. Now I call back and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. The 7-11 store where I purchased the card wont refund my money due to the same problem of net10 will not honor the defective card.
