I bought a minutes card at Wal Mart. I tried to scratch off the tape to secure the pin but the glue was so tight it pulled the ink with it. I could not piece together the pin. When I wrote Net10, they replied there was nothing they could do and suggested I scratch the back to retrieve the Pin? That is exactly where the problem started.
I am out the $25. It is just a symptom of how US business has come to act. All they had to do was to have me return it for a new card and send the defective card back.
