Not entirely sure of the date ordered but... My daughter, along with everyone else I've asked thought that the nono hair removal system was only going to be 20-30 dollars. She filled in her information expecting to be asked if she wanted to proceed with the purchase n but the purchase went right through and then she found out the actual amount that would be charged. Right after the order went through she tried to delete the purchase by contacting the nono company but it was too late and no one was in the office.
She called back the following day and they stated that it was too late and the order had already shipped. Because of the 60-day, money back, 'painless' guarantee she tried it. She used it as directed and it burned her and made her bleed. I almost called the company because they hurt my daughter. She was in pain for days and had line-like burns and scrapes forming around her mouth. We've been trying to return the thing but it's more complicated than it seems. I can't get to a ups store and the us postal service and fed ex won't take it because of that. They lied when they said it doesn't hurt. Even the cream they sent hurt her.
