Simple Aesthetics required me to pay over $3000 (prepaid) for the laser hair removal services I requested. I am still owed over 7 visits, which is a very big amount in the laser hair removal world, as the few visits I have already had will be obsolete without the other visits.
To my dismay, I went to go to my appointment tonight only to find the company has shut it's doors (all of them, at every location), disconnected all numbers, and deleted their website, and with no explanation. This company has stole thousands of dollars from me without any notification at all. I am very confused, hurt, and angry, as I do not have that kind of money to just have stolen from me.
On another note, while having hair removed on a previous appointment, the woman performing the hair removal slipped and burnt off a big chunk of my tattoo, causing me a lot of pain and runing the tattoo.
This company should be held accountable for it's malpractice and for stealing thousands upon thousands of dollars from countless victims.
