As of 1/26 Aura Vie alias Lifestyle has charged my Discover card
$565.58. It is still under investigation. After refusing shipment they continued to attempt shipment. I had to tell my post office to automatically send back anything from them My Discover investigation team now tells me they also go by Allu. Lifestyle sent my Discover card a copy of terms and conditions I have never seen! All I got was a receipt for a sample whereupon my payment of the shipping and handling was all that was required. I paid Allu $4.95 for a sample and Aura Vie (alias Lifestyle) $4.95 for trhe shipping and handling of a sample. These criminals need to be put out of business immediately. I went online with an investigator and nowhere were there any terms and conditions for the consumer. The terms and conditions page is something they send to credit card companys to try to win their case. My name or my check mark in any box is not on the terms and conditions page they sent to my Discover card investigators because there is no way in hell I would ever agree to pay $97.88 (Lifestyle) and $89.98 (Allu) for face creams I've never even tried!!! Let alone on a monthly basis!!!
