I finally caught the $29.95 charge to my CC after two months. I was shocked to discover it. I went to their web site and there is absolutely no mention of any charges on their home page. After you fill in your name and address for the low cost or free disk, before you can advance to the next page to enter your credit card info for the shipping, you must click a box with very small type saying "By requesting this free kit, you agree to the terms and conditions of of this site."
After checking this box, there is no display of the terms and conditions. You can find this by scrolling to the very bottom of this page where is says "Term and Conditions." Upon reading, one will find the information on the $29.95 charge.
These conditions require the highest degree of search to locate them. This is very deceptive. No wonder the complaints pour in.
No consumer can sue for $29.95. I am filing a complaint with my card processor and will try to return the charge. I called the 800 number listed on my card statement and canceled the service. I am now holding my breath to see if it is actually canceled.
