I responded to their ad for a FREE SAMPLE! (Just pay 2.95 shipping & handling the ad promised.) Then suddenly, without permission, they took 98.16 from my checking account. I didn't notice until several weeks later when they stole it AGAIN. Another 98.16 for a FREE SAMPLE! When I checked the website I was not allowed to read the "terms & conditions" page. I tried repeatedly, even using different search engines but was never allowed to see the terms & conditions of this offer... It just kept returning me to the order page.
I called the company and they flat out refused to refund my money even after I spoke to a rep, a supervisor and a manager. They kept saying all this was spelled out in the "terms and conditions" and would not acknowledge me when I said that I wasn't allowed to see that page no matter how many times I tried.
Finally after an hour on the phone and dozens of repetitions of "I WANT MY MONEY BACK!" the manager very reluctantly gave me return authorization numbers and agreed to credit my account once they received the product back... At my expense. (Free sample my [Inappropriate Content Removed]!)
