My computer all of a sudden shows up with a virus and it tells me that I must order the Vista Internet Security 2012 in order to fix the computer.
When I ordered it, it worked monentairily. I was able to restore the system but, it continued to come back requesting me to order the package.
I tried to provide the license number and clear up the issue but, nothing worked.
I have had to go to AT&T to clean up my computer four times already.
Today was the 4th time and I hope it is finally removed now.
I want my money back.
I charged it to my Walmart Card and the only information they have is the web address.
Please help.
