My computer all of a sudden shows up with a virus on 1/17 and would not allow me acess webpages or do anything, it tells me that I must order the Windows Vista shield Anti Virus Security 2012 in order to fix the computer. I tried to provide the license number and clear up the issue but, nothing worked.
When I ordered it, I was able to restore the system but, still cannot turn automatic updates or firewall back on, it continued to come back requesting more money and start allowing more pop-ups on my pc. I lost my money. And now think it's time to go to the Better Business Bureau.
