My son's computer was not working. Could not use computer. Kept Receiveing notices that files are damaged and virus was to blame. I thought I paid for Norton antivirus down load. When I try to use the computer now, it does not work at ALL! My bank account shows that 59.95 was taken out of my account from "YouTube"? I was very confused and couldn't understand why I was charged by You Tube for this fee. Now I'm trying to find how I get these charges removed and what to do to fix my son's computer.
