My experience sounds the same other's. I ended up having money deducted from my account without approval (It seems Agios get your Credit Card information when giving them details to cover postage cost). After the original charge in December I was charged twice more on 20th and 21st January with each amount differing by around $5.00.
As my credit card has been compromised I will need to cancel the card and be issued with another. My Australian bank is looking into the Vitaderm Agios organisation.
