I ordered a pair of UGGS for my daughter for the holiday on 12/5. I never even got a tracking number, so I emailed them and some woman named Lesley Chung emailed me back with the information I needed to track my order. I received what I thought was genuine UGGS on 12/22. Obviously they were knock offs, which didn't even fit my daughter. Im in the process of trying to reach them to return them for a full refund. I have contacted my credit card company and they are putting the amount in dispute and is also trying to correct the problem as well.
I have tried to email them several times with no response.
