I resived a reward letter in the mail for a platinum card of 5,000.00 so sent there one time member ship fee of 43.00 that was for rush delivery the regular price is 39.00 and i havent resived a letter regarding that ive tryed to call them but they have no phone number thast listed i got a 1-800 number thats automated and you cant get threw unless you have the card already so i basicly lost my money i got ripped off i called the credit burel and they said theyve had a lot of complants on them to just ask for my money back thats all i could do!
