of $2500.00 for an upfront fee of $ 697.00 or return consumers payment.
After submittal of credit card numbers no further action was received. Faxes were not answered and Fax number was subsequently disconnected. Phone number remained ringing and was never answered. Certified mail return receipt was never replied to.
