For $790 Diagroup would get my credit card interest rates lowered and save me at least $2500 in credit card interest in the year following my purchase. I did have cards with high interest and thought this was a legitimate company that could do what they promised. After not getting the promised forms from them I started on the rollercoaster of phone calls & faxes to them, promises that someone would call me. After 3 months of inaction on their part, I went to my bank and got a home equity loan paid off my credit cards. Then I wrote to Diagroup to complain that they were incapable of satisfying my financial profile needs or providing me with a financial plan or saving me a minimum of $2500 all of which was stated in their contract. More phone calls & faxes to Diagroup, I was promised a refund of $591 less the $199 restocking fee.in May when I called to again find out why nothing had been done, I was told I was now speaking to a company called Resolutions, handling fulfillment issues for Diagroup. More stalling, until the last time I called they had disconnected their phone. They all talked a good game and I was trusting. Won't happen again!
