Read this lets take them down~!!! These D-Bags are ripping people off and its time we do something. I got my bank acct closed b/c they attempted to pass fraudulent E-Checks. Today they called my employer and threatened him which resulted in a severe AZZ chewing. The guy who calls sounds oriental/asian. He called me atleast 15 times today and claimed to be recording the conversation for FEDERAL FRAUD purposes, he said that 300.00 was deposited into my checking acct. And they were unable to collect it, if I did not come up with 525.00 the Federal Marshall's would be arresting me tommorrow. That is illeagal according to the FDCPA, not to mention the cussing and contacting my job. The number they used was 919-249-5382 and 919-288-3012. He called himself Adrian Walker. I contacted the FBI about this and they took a report. I suggest that everyone who has been scammed by these crooks begin contacting their local FBI branch as it appears that there is enough of us having this happen to get action if we all start asking for help from the Gov't. Also I filed a complaint with my Dist. Att. Office for harrasing comunications. The problem I see is that they have some type of technology that allows them to make any number pop up on caller ID b/c they called once and it was my bosses number but it was the man who ID'ed himself as Walker. I hope this suggestion will be followed b/c if enough of us report these guys we can put them in a federal prison where they get to spend everyday that their sentenced instead of state jail where you get out b/c of overcrowding. Lets nail these guys then let big leroy & bubba nail them again when they go to jail. I think this will work if everyone will step up and file criminal complaints against them.
