I ran a vin check for a used and was told for $2.95 I could download report, once I paid the $2.95 I tried to run report and was kicked off website, to say the least ended up with no report. Two months later I find that I have been charged $29.95 two months in a row, appearing on my credit card is - 888-613-1485 Careport UT. I called the number today, and was told because I did not cancel within three days I have been charged with monthly dues. I was able to cancel membership, but was given no help for refund.in fact, I never received an email on any charges, membership, or reports. I did not authorize $29.95 twice, nor do I have any number to get a refund. I believe this company is misleading and fraudulant, I hope that there scamming ways
Come to an end soon. I do not know anyone that would pay $62.85 for nothing! Not a single report produced nor a trace of an account, but a credit card bill - I ended up using carfax and did get my report.
