Just like everyone else who has filed complaint I am a victim of a scam by carVINchecks. I was redirected to site through www.motorpros.com which redirects you to carVINchecks and there the scam begins. I entered 2 different VIN numbers without going to the detailed report first. Both of the VINS came back with limited info stating how many reports they had and the basic info about the car. I signed on for their deal of $2.95 for 1st VIN report and then after 3 days a charge of $26.75 for 4 vehicles histories per month. I was then given a log-in user name and password and upon entering told to reenter the VIN. Surprise... Now the site is stating they have no record of this VIN or any VIN I have entered afterwards. I was also charged for the report and monthly membership TODAY and can find NO CONTACT number to report problem or cancel membership. How do I cancel these charges?
