On January 16 a company operating as Paymeloans (paid to “Money Management Systems”) deducted $30.00 from my checking account without my consent. I called the customer service number that was attached to the transaction to seek a refund for the unauthorized withdrawl. They informed me that when I submitted my application for a loan that I automatically agreed to a service fee which I did not agree to. This condition was not clearly marked anywhere on the website which is misleading to the consumer. The customer service person I talked to agreed to cancel my “membership” and I would no longer get any more correspondences from their company. But what I want is my $30.00 fee credited back to my bank account. Please notify others about this fraudulent company so they do not continue to take money from others. I intend to file a complaint with the FTC and to the Better Business Bureau as well.
