Company keeps promising to refund money since January, ($30.00) and March, ($34.95), for supposed loans I never got. I have called and e-maled several times, but, still don't have my money.
This is their, "Disclaimer": "Terms & Conditions: At time of order and online application, an electronic check will be withdrawn from your bank account for a one-time, non-recurring charge of $34.95 by Pay Me Loans. If you do not get a loan offer for at least $200 within 90 days of enrollment, you may receive a full refund by calling us toll free at 877-820-8719 or e-mail us at [email protected]. Your refund will be paid within 7-10 business days."
One woman told me I'd have it in 15 days. Another told me 15 business days. Either way, I still do not have it. I did NOT allow them access to my bank account and did not use their services. Who pays to get a loan?
