I received a confirmation for order #49, black classic short uggs size 6 which arrived shortly after the 12th. Need to return them. Website does not come up. Checked with the official Ugg of Australia contact. He feels they are knock-offs. I want to return them and have my money refunded, however, there is absolutely no trail of information to do so.
