I ordered Dyflogest for my Mom in January. She became ill and was never able to use the product. I requested a refund from them in writing on January 30 and returned the product to them via Fed Ex under their "lifetime" return policy. It was delivered and signed for on February 1. I never received any credit or answer. So I began to call them:
2/21/12: Jonathan says he will pass my inquiry to the refund dept. Nothing heard back
2/23/12: Jenifer took my info again. Can take "5 weeks" for refund. Nothing heard back
3/29/12: Alexandra will tell refund dept again. I can call Rebecca on Friday 3/30/12
3/30/12: I called. Jonathan transferred me to Rebecca's voicemail. No response back
4/4/12: Alexandra took my info again, Rebecca not in now. I left a vm for Kristin (cust Svc Mgr) to call me back. Kristin called and will check with refund dept.
4/8/12: Kristin says I need to fax them my paperwork, they cannot locate my order. I faxed her the original order invoice and Fed Ex airbill copy.
4/11/12: Kristin called. They never got my package and that is why they can't refund my money. They are in Phoenix, AZ. I told her that the paperwork says to return the item to Manteno, Illinois and that Fed Ex delivered it to their company and it was signed for by "B. Stevenson" on 2/1. She says they can't refund if they didn't receive the package!!! I asked for her supervisor to call me. She said Rebecca will call me to discuss. I don't expect to hear from anyone.
