I was called by a rep with a chance to open a credit card in the $5500.00 for only $99.00 up front, which I paid. It too me 3 to 4 weeks to get the information to use the account. Finally I got a E-Mail with an account # and asking for a password. They informed me that there were no cards sent out and the only way to use to the account was on the internet. I have tried to reach their web site to use the charge and the only correspondence I got was your web site. I am really upset, I would really like to get all of my money back. This is totally appalling. How can this happen?
