First National And USA Platinum rip-off took money out of my checking account without my ok

I applied for a credit card online. I received this card in the mail call to open the account. I never called or agreed to open the card. I went to my bank and they had taken 150.00 dollars out of my account. I called them got no where. I went to my bank got no where there to. I closed the account didnt open another one with them. I didnt know i could fight with the bank about this. I just knew it shouldnt of happened.

Now i want my money back. People like this company shut down if possible. Let people know so it dosent happen to them. Iam a single parent and i need that money back. Didnt know they could do that. Since i never called to open the account or card. I need to know what other steps i can take to get my money back. Thank you for having this site.
