Downloaded software on 7/29, paid $369.00 for 2 yr. Contract. Within the month of August I was on the phone with them with problems. After the technician took over my computer, the next time I logged on I had a "blue screen". From that point forward I have been on the phone with them until the above date nearly daily. They kept telling me I had to put the computer in safe mode. That made it impossible for me to print or get audio. They were on my computer one Sunday for 12 hours. The next day they were on for 9 hours. If I didn't go into safe mode then I would get the blue screen, have to turn off the computer, then when it came back up it went into repair. This continued until January.in the event log on my computer you can see that there were more than 65000! Events directly related to Stopzilla. Eventually, they told me I had to do a recovery and they would walk me through it. When we tried to do the recovery the disc went black and then the computer went black. The entire operating system had been corrupted and instead of them simply saying the problem was beyond their scope, they continued trying to fix my computer until the whole thing crashed. I run a business with my computer. I cannot calculate the true cost of this nightmare, but I obviously had to buy a new computer. They absolutely refused to refund my initial $369.00. They should have refunded my money and paid for this new computer. I intend to continue pursuing this company until earth no longer rotates.
