We have all seen the commercial on tv-if your computer is going slow just go to maxmyspeed.com and they do a free diagnosis of your computer. Well i did it and they ended up taking over my whole computer system and then tried to charge me $299. Oo. They totally screwed my computer up and my computer has crashed 3 times since they took it over and my computer had never crashed before i met them.in the beginning the initial scan showed that i had over 700 problems, and of course i freaked out and called there 1-800 number and the gentleman said that my computer was in great danger and i needed to get it fixed right away. Now they are acting as my administrator and point blank i refuse to pay them. I've had more problems since i fortunately brought them into my computer's life. It just go's to show that nothing is for free and everyone beware - maxmyspeed.com is really cyberdefender and they are going to rip you off!!!
