My computer froze up with there add i couldnt get read of the add or get my computer to work keep telling me to buy there progam to fix it i tried for a couple hours i could email them but nothing changed so gave up and baught it then computer shut down never came back up took it in to get it fixed took out my hard drives and other data so the 60 dollars for there shit plus 600 to fix my compute
