I am currently enrolled in Ashford University. I was working on my assignment that was due that night and a security alert popped up on my screen warning me of all these viruses. I then tried to remove it and it froze my computer and then the Internet Protection scam told me that I needed to purchase their protection to get control of my computer back. I had no choice as I had a deadline to meet in school. It wasn't until later that I started having problems. I took my computer to a computer doctor and they told me that Internet Protection was causing my problems and I needed to have it taken off before it ruined my computer. I have since tried to get $79.95 back, changed my bank card, and paid a large amount of money to get it fixed. I called their numbers and no answer and I e-mailed the email address and it goes no where. I have no recourse to acquire my money. That is why I am notifying your company for help. Ron Wagne
