One January 5th i went online and purchased the bake pop molds. I completed my order with no problem. As i continued to surf the web i came across the same like item on another site but cheaper. I called back immediately to cancel my order. I was told it would take 24- 48 hrs for my order to show up. I said fine. I called again on Jan 9th the order was canceled (or so i thought). I even got a confirmation number confirming my order had been canceled. Here we are on January 19. I was on my online banking when i noticed telebrands had deducted the amount for the bake pops that i had canceled on the 9th. They stole $57.95 outta my checking account after i had canceled the 8 days prior. At first I was told by supervisor August that she was gonna get "upper management" to call me back today. But when i called n spoke to supervisor Gian (operator id: 5024) after several hours with out a call back I was told i would have to wait 24-48 for "upper management" to give me a review my case and give me a back. I am beyond pissed off. This company seriously has a problem and they need to be stopped. I tried contacting the BBB but this company is not registered with them.
