I called the company on the first business day after I placed an online order with them to cancel the order. I was assured the order was canceled and that no charges would be made to my card. Several days later while checking my bank account I saw that I had been charged. I was given a telephone number by my bank regarding the transaction. I called the number an it was a recorded message to contact another bogus company live-operator.
They require an involved process in order to establish online communication with them, supposedly with a live person. I followed the process and received no communication with them even after several attempts.
This company is based in the Phillipines as far as I can tell.
Both fullprescriptions and live-operator seem to be working together. Neither company has replied to my e mails and all I can get on their phone numbers are recorded messages. I am out $185.99 for an order that was canceled although I believe I would have still been ripped off even if the order was not canceled. It's yet another internet scam. I want my money back!
