I placed an order with I Love Poparazzi in November. My order was never shipped and they deducted payment from my account. According to them the credit card address was different from the shipping address and I have made countless requests for a refund and each time I'm told it will be escalated to a manager. Also they have no telephone number to speak to a live person and all communication is done online. I found out after the fact that others have experience this same problem with this company. At this point its been almost 3 months and i havent gotten my refund back. I wish I had research the company before making a purchase from them.
