I placed an order with 4rx.com on October 18. I was assured the order would ship in 7-10 business days. After some time, about November 20, I had still not recieved the order. I called the 18777289479 number and selected customer service. The call was disconnected before I could leave a message or speak with anyone. I called and e-mailled continually (about 2x per week) only to be told they would e-mail me when the order shipped. Today 12/12, I again called, live chat and e-mailed and was told that there was no tracking number but they THOUGHT the order had shipped and I would recieve a shipping number within 48 hours. I have been told that at least 5 times. Continually, they offer to cancel my order (they have already taken my money). I will continue to report them, hound them and let everyone know that this company is a SCAM. The never intended to ship my order. They have taken my money and I have no product. DO NOT order from this company. You will lose your money too.
