Just like another customer on your site, I ordered a ceramic Teapot for $13. Just like the other customer, my pot arrived in intact packages but the product was broken. I was told to ship it back for a full refund. When I protested that the shipping would cost more than the product, I was told to send a receipt for shipping and that would be reimbursed too. I did - the shipping was $14.62. I have sent numerous emails - I always get a sappy form letter response. I have had several claim numbers and have repeated my story over and over. I have supplied them with copies of all the email transactions and the delivery receipts several times. I still have not received my money back for the product or the postage. My current "request" complaint number is Request #108268. AVOID NOMORERACK - I have received a lot of crap from them, it always takes, months to receive your items, and their customer service sucks.
