I've been trying for over a month to obtain a refund of the shipping charges I incurred to return an item to nomorerack.com. What they sent me was not what I ordered. I was told they would refund the shipping charges via PayPal. After asking me to re-send copies of my shipping receipt because "they couldn't clearly read it" they claimed to have processed the refund on Jan. 4. When I contacted them on Jan. 14, they claimed it wasn't processed because of a "system error". Now they claim to have put through another refund. I still have not received it and I have no payments pending through PayPal. I've asked them repeatedly for a transaction number to verify with Paypal. They've never given me one. Now, they're asking me for a copy of my PayPal statement to show I haven't received payment! The statements don't come out till the end of the month so this is another 15 day stall tactic. Plus, if they had in fact processed the payment and I received it, they would have been notified by Paypal. I've dealt with 3 different customer (dis) service reps, each more incompetent than the last. Each asking me to repeat info I'd already given them and attached to the emails.
I doubt I'll ever see my money but I'll keep at it. Nomorerack.com is a complete scam operation.
