All of the sudden we started to get 3rd party charges on our cell phone bill with Rogers. My 13 year old son clicked somewhere to win iPhone. I called Rogers, they told me to unsubscribe and that they will reverse charges. I called unsubscribe 4-5 times but kept getting charges. I even DE-activated SIM card and placed account on-hold but still getting charges. Not sure what to do and how to stop charges. They billed account for over 200$ and are not stopping. Rogers reps are telling one thing one day and when I called back, there is "no notes of my previous conversation". Please, help!
