I ordered the Ginale Skin Care products, when I received them I decided I didn't want it anymore. I have not opened any of the products, I just sent it back. They charged me for them already and so i wanted a refund. I called them at least 20 times and each time there was always a different story. First someone would call me back, another said they already placed it back in my account on 12/1. One said that they tried putting it in my account, but my numbers were wrong and he would call me back (never called or returned my calls). Then they wanted me to send bank statements from my bank via fax. All along they kept telling me that they will call me back after which ever task they were doing. I was always the one calling! Supervisors/Managers all seem to always be out to lunch when I want to talk to someone and I just got off the phone with them and they said that they will be sending a paper check to my address and should get to me by 7-10 business days. I will be calling again next week and every week until this is resolved! It is now January 19 and I have YET seen my refund back into my account! My next step after this will be reporting them to The Better Business Bureau! My advise, Do not order from them whether you like the products or not. Customer Service has NO service at all!
