On friday 1/12, I went to online to view my account with chase bank. When i open my link, They had taken money from my checking account witout my premissiom. I call them several time but i was able to do is leave a message. This happen last month and my bank taken this charge off my account but said that this would be the last time for them to take this off my account. I could get a new account but a new account does not give me the same privilage. Please help me.
