This so called company is a scam company - they tell you they are going to give you a 4 min. Presentation and they come over and show you this on there laptop - then they say all they great numbers and tell you yes we can do that to everything. Then they say you are going to fill out an "application" but don't be fooled it is a contract but they don't tell you that. I asked over and over again if filling it out meant I was obligated to anything and was told no no no it is just an application. Then he says he has to come back tomorrow to finish the application and leaves. Then I get a call saying he has to come right back because he filled out the wrong one, oh and he dosen't have any business cards or anything to represent the company on him because I asked. Once he finally gets it right he leaves the again comes back in the morning - he says he has the terms for me and then discovers he forgot those and will have to e-mail me them so I never get to read them. He calls his so called office and I talk to a lady who asks for a number and that is all. He then leaves and doesn't email me anything until later that night. I had a bad feeling about them and when I finally got there terms they state that the application is a contract and so I call the rep who is still saying that it isn't and talking to me like I am a child. I e-mailed the CEO, the rep and his supervisor and not one of them e-mailed me back. WE called and told them we DO NOT want to do business with them and stop contacting us. They said stuff fed-ex and we sent it back. They lied about all the numbers, the "application" and all the terms. They are horrible and I wish that I would never have answered the phone when they called. Please look out for yourself and do not work with them - they will get all your info and scam you for your money. Also they call you from a company called Diamond processing and they don't tell you who is coming to your business...
