I was switch between three different call representatives. I was told that I was to receive a "free" cruise. I was told that I needed to pay a "fee" and that I could upgrade, I tried to decline, when I was switch to a different representative and it was implied that I could cancel the fee. I was switched to a third representative and I set up with an "quality audit" which I was told the term and conditions, during with the "deals" I would be receiving changes multiple time through the phone call, to which I could not recognize which terms were real and which terms were phony. When I realized that the "deal" was explicitly false, I tried cancelling the trip, in which I was told I had agreed to a nonrefundable payment, before the orders were processed.
